Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputed university with at least 3 (three) years working experience in general human resource management or relevant development field in CHT.

Job Context:
∎ Toymu in partnership with CARITAS Bangladesh with the funding of USAID & Helen Keller international (HKI) implementing ``Sustainable Agriculture and Production Linked to improved Nutrition Status Resilience and Gender Equity (SAPLING)" project in Ruma & Partly Lama Upazila, Bandarban Hill District. Applications are hereby invited to fulfill the following position for TOYMU-SAPLING project.
∎ Duty Station: Toymu-SAPLING office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to Local and Female candidates.
∎ The candidate must have writing & speaking skill in Bengali & English, report writing skills in English and Skill on Computer. Support the Human Resources arrangement, preparation of appropriate documents and all aspects of terms of employment, code of conduct and discipline regulations in compliance with Toymu staff handbook/HR manual and other employee policies. Carry out any other tasks as may be considered necessary; Undertake any other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate.

Salary:
∎ Consolidate Salary: 30,000.00
