∎ Assist to Employee engagement activities across the organization
∎ Ensure working environment of the employees
∎ Make sure the project before the deadline
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Making salary sheet and employees' compensation, leave and other related tasks.
∎ Make sure employees attendance.
∎ Join new employees.
∎ Should how to have a good liaison with outside parties.
