∎ We are now looking for a HR manager with decent Tech Industry recruitment knowledge and understanding to help us find the perfect candidates for various roles. You`ll be the parent of all HR activities throughout the multiple ventures we have.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop a hiring strategy as per the company future expansion plan
∎ 2. Identify talented candidates and make a strong case on why they should join us
∎ 3. Provide advice to various stakeholders on award interpretation, performance management. policy and procedures company-wide
∎ 4. Develop policy and SOP to promote a safe and productive work environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with tech employment position requirements and hiring process
∎ Previous experience in HR work
∎ String understanding of legal aspects of hiring and employment
∎ Can-do attitude
∎ Not afraid to make mistakes and offer solutions
