Job Context:

∎ Playense is a hypercasual game developer with 50+ games released across Google Play and Apple App Store. We are currently working with 6 major game publishers around the world for whom we are producing fresh games from scratch.
∎ Due to the recent increase in workload, we are looking for an experienced senior Unity 3D Game Developer to join our team. You must have previous game development experience and you are well aware of the game industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement high-quality, interactive features for games and apps.
∎ Optimize and maintain performance requirements while implementing features.
∎ Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work efficiently with a large, existing code base
∎ Proficient in refactoring and optimizing existing systems
∎ Create prototypes from internal concepts and contribute new ideas
∎ Deconstruct and analyze mobile game trends and mechanics
∎ Work with product managers, game producers, and designers to complete projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience in developing mobile games
∎ Desired - High proficiency with Unity 3D game engine and C# programming language
∎ Desired - Familiar with optimizing cross-platform experiences
∎ Knowledge of software development environments and associated tools. (i.e. Visual Studio, Perforce, Slack, Proofhub, JIRA)
∎ Ability to learn quickly and the desire to learn new and exciting technologies
∎ Self-motivated and agile
∎ Not afraid to make mistakes and take responsibility
∎ Open-minded and a fun person to work with
∎ Bonus Points:
∎ Experience in developing hyper-casual games
∎ Good understanding of the game industry business
∎ Good organization skills and time management skills
∎ Considerable understanding of video games and broad video game culture
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary will depend on your experience and expertise.
Apart from salary, there are bonus like: Performance Bonus, Game Idea Bonus
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
