Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation, Benefits, Attendance, Leave, Management, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal Management, Training & Development.
∎ Must have working experience & knowledge in the organization.
∎ Develop and implement proper manpower planning.
∎ Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and verifying all documents in relation to joining employees.
∎ Coordinate new joining employees and facilitate employee separation with the final settlement.
∎ Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ Manage, train and mentor the HR team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and excellent track record to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities.
∎ Supervise and manage employee relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
∎ To communicate with Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
