Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To work on employee attendance, leave, OT, Off Day, Extra Hours duty reports and maintain proper records for payroll processing.
∎ To ensure regular floor visit to monitor employees' activities and movement for respective works.
∎ To engage with employees to know their work environment, faced problems, uplifting employee & supervisor relationship for the best productivity.
∎ To share the HR support services to all employees, coordinate with HODs, In-charges, Group Leads for enhancing work accountability of the employees.
∎ Work for employees' motivational factors for performer employees' retention and career development.
∎ To ensure proper employee engagement activities throughout the company
∎ To assist on HRIS development, HR initiatives and organizational development activities
