∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and execute overall L&D and OD strategies
∎ Develop training module, conduct training sessions, monitor departmental training activities
∎ Roll out Talent Management, Performance Management initiatives in association with Head of HR
∎ Prepare HR Budget, and maintain HR Analytics
∎ Look after ER function and disciplinary issues
∎ Prepare different sorts of reports as per Group and Local HR requirement
∎ Manage outsourced people/ vendor from HR part
∎ Coordinate Expatriate employment related regulatory activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good understanding of management reporting, budgeting, HR Analytics, ER.
∎ Hands on experience in conducting disciplinary procedures.
∎ Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and make critical decision.
∎ Highly motivated, employee centric, and passionate.
∎ Experience of working in Corporate Hospital will be an added advantage.
