Evercare Hospital Chattogram is seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and patient-focused Senior Specialist – Accident & Emergency to strengthen our Emergency Services team. The position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership capability, and commitment to delivering timely and high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced tertiary healthcare environment.
Provide specialist-level clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of emergency and critically ill patients.
Lead the emergency response and ensure prompt stabilization and treatment of patients presenting with medical, surgical, and trauma-related emergencies.
Supervise and support junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams during emergency care delivery.
Participate in clinical codes and emergency response activities (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, etc.).
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
Coordinate with ICU, OT, inpatient departments, and consultants for continuity of patient care.
Support departmental quality initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs.
Participate in clinical governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in physician orientation, training, and professional development.
Maintain excellent communication with patients, attendants, and healthcare teams.

MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
FCPS / MD / MCPS / Equivalent postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline.
Valid BMDC registration is mandatory.
Minimum 8–10 years of clinical experience with at least 3–5 years in Accident & Emergency / Emergency Medicine / Critical Care.
Experience in reputed tertiary care hospitals will be preferred.
Strong leadership and decision-making capability under pressure.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency coverage.
