∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop
∎ Must have good tipping skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Bangla and English typing Skills, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
∎ Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
∎ Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as necessary.
∎ Coordinate the arrangements of meetings, and events.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
∎ Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
∎ Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
