Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reaching out to candidates that have applied and need to move forward in the pipeline via phone
∎ Moving candidates through the process to ensure efficiency
∎ Assist with hiring in Bangladesh and hitting recruitment numbers
∎ Ensure that job postings are kept up to date
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior recruitment or staffing experience (5+ years)
∎ Proficient with MS Office and G Suite
∎ Expert in using ATS
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
∎ Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
