Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA Major in HRM/ PGD in Social Compliance from any reputed University/ institution will be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily attendance report.
∎ Manage supervise and oversee attendance of factory workers.
∎ Prepared salary sheet by excel/software, pay slip etc. From manually/payroll software.
∎ Maintain accurate records of personal file.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefits, earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill, OT bill, food bill)
∎ Monitors and look after all relevant issue of HR and compliance of plant.
∎ Monitor compliance certification like BSCI, SEDEX etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Conducting Job analysis, preparing Job Description & Job Specification
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Social compliance Audit.
∎ Security System Audit (CTPAT)
∎ Must have software handling experience.
∎ Follow-up employee training for Human Resource development & Organizational Development in a cost effective manner.
∎ To lead, control, direct, appraise & motivate and trained up the fellow staffs
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 33 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tent Factory
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
