Responsibilities & Context:

Designation: Officer - JAVP

  • Candidate must have current or previous experience in HR Payroll.
  • Processing, maintaining and updating Employees Salary, Bonus, Allowances, Incentives, Commission and other benefits.
  • Having sound and update knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law, NBR Regulations and Income Tax Ordinance.
  • Issuance of Individual Tax Card, Calculating and publishing Investment Requirements along with updating AIT and individual Tax Rebate issues.
  • Maintaining payroll system by designing, calculating and processing of data.
  • Implementation, calculation and upgrading current Tax implications in relation to benefits and pay. Reporting to NBR under section 50, section 108 and section 108 (A).
  • Plan, design and evaluate and modify benefits policies, processes, and practices to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor salary structure and benefits, balance cost control in line with best compensation and benefits practices in the banking Industry.
  • Compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data, which also fulfill reporting requirements of relevant government rules and regulations.
  • Assist to conduct annual salary and benefits survey.
  • Develop, analyze and update HR annual budget.
  • Assisting in merit matrix, broad-banding and other fringe benefits.
