Candidates who have completed a short course or diploma in HR or Payroll Management will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for factory workers and staff.
Maintain and update attendance, leave, and overtime records accurately.
Support the preparation of salary sheets, allowances, and deductions.
Assist in maintaining employee personal files, ID cards, and HR database.
Help prepare monthly HR, manpower, and compliance reports for management.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement through bank or cash.
Assist in joining, confirmation, resignation, and final settlement processes.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and factory policies.
Cooperate with compliance teams during buyer or audit visits.
Able to manage and perform effectively in a factory environment.
