Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review employee requests daily and process them accordingly.
∎ Issue appointment letters to new hires.Prepare and update employee profiles with accurate information.
∎ Post job vacancies on job portals to attract potential candidates.
∎ Inform candidates about interview schedules and confirm their attendance.
∎ Issue various official notices as per instructions from management.
∎ Ensure all new employees have submitted the required documents.
∎ Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations to maintain legal and ethical standards.
∎ Maintain a "Daily Visitor List" to track guests and accounts-related visits.
∎ Identify and report any errors or issues in the HRMS software.
