Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for interested candidates as Officer ( HR, Admin & Compliance) for newly established garments Factory who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

Employment Status: Full-time (08 AM - 08 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks;

  • Ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process;

  • Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development;

  • Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues;

  • Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes; Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records;

  • Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods;

  • Personal file maintain, service benefit calculation, appointment file processing, leave form record, resign letter maintain, letter issue to worker for absent etc.

  • Absent report Check;

  • Absent Counselling Leave Management. Health & Safety Management;

  • Awareness about First Aid, P.P.E.

  • Absent data collection from line by line;

  • Overall look after housekeeping in floor, inside and outside also;

  • Employee turnover ratio-To motivate the employees about our environment;

  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up;

  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner;

  • Harassment and abuse handle by 0 tolerance;

  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction;

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring fair and objective evaluations;

  • Grievance Handling; HR Operations; People Management; Talent Acquisition;
