∎ BBA/ MBA in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management.
∎ PGD in HRM will add an advantage.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Admin, HR
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training, and Development.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Deal with all other HR-related issues.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire prevention, and Fire Fighting Law.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Provide all sorts of logistic support (ID card, Visiting Card) for new joiners and coordinate with other functions.
∎ Able to manage departmental activities efficiently organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
∎ Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.
∎ Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment. Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
∎ Create reports for senior management.
∎ Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training.
∎ Do any other task assigned by the management.
