Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in hiring processes, including
∎ posting vacancies and conducting interviews.
∎ • Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate new employee
∎ onboarding and ensure compliance with paperwork.
∎ • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date employee records and
∎ ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ • Performance Management: Support evaluations and provide
∎ feedback to employees.
∎ • Employee Relations: Handle grievances and foster a positive
∎ work environment.
∎ • Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to
∎ enhance skills.
∎ • Leave and Attendance Management: Manage leave records and
∎ ensure compliance.
∎ • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in HR reporting and provide
∎ insights for decision-making.
∎ • Coordination: Collaborate with senior management on HR tasks.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
∎ • Previous HR management experience, ideally in education.
∎ • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Proficiency in HR software.
∎ • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Salary:
∎ • 60k to 70k
