Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Forming and maintaining employee records.
∎ • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
∎ • Coordinate employee relations activities & ensure adherence to company policies through periodic awareness among staff.
∎ • Managing talent sourcing activities to ensure enough resource & quality employees.
∎ • Communicating with external partners
∎ • Arranging different activities for organization marketing.
∎ Participating in various national & international fair.
∎ Represent the company's activities to the customers.
∎ Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
∎ Maintain other HR activities as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in HR Department in reputed business house.
∎ Proficiency in software based HR management will be preferred.
∎ Additional Requirements Smart, Confident

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
