Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forming and maintaining employee records
∎ Managing talent sourcing activities to ensure enough resource & quality employees.
∎ Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
∎ Coordinate employee relations activities & ensure adherence to company policies through periodic awareness among staff.
∎ Communicating with external partners
∎ Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as employee's turnover
∎ Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
∎ Co-ordinate payroll with finance to ensure timely disbursement.
∎ Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
∎ Maintain others HR activities as per requirement.

Salary: Negotiable
