Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM).
∎ Skills Required: HR Development, Human Resources & Development, Knowledge of EPZ Law, Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify staffing needs and participate in the hiring process for factory positions.
∎ Develop and maintain effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated into the workforce smoothly.
∎ Act as a point of contact for all employee-related issues and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
∎ Stay updated on labor law changes and proactively implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
∎ Implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback to employees, and work with managers to develop performance improvement plans.
∎ Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction.
∎ Identify training needs within the factory and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Support career development and succession planning for factory employees.
∎ Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
∎ Enforce safety policies and procedures and conduct safety audits and training as necessary.
∎ Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
∎ Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
∎ Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
