Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline with formal training/exposure in HRM, health and safety, fire safety, and other compliance standards
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute smooth recruitment process starting from job posting to recruitment
∎ Devise and implement performance measurement practices conducive to talent management
∎ Prepare and maintain payroll, compensation/benefits of all employees as per company policy in line with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Manage and maintain attendance and leave of employees as per company policy in line with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Arrange necessary training programs for employees as per functional requirement and TNA
∎ Maintain health and safety standards for the employees in the premises
∎ Lead new employee orientation and introduce new employees to the office decorum and culture
∎ Maintain and update employee database with all related papers
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, different auditors, FSCD, DoE, police station, local influences & labor federations and monitor compliance certifications and face customers' audit/inspection.
∎ Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in HR operations of a manufacturing unit consisting at least 500 employees. Exposure in Textile/Garment industry is preferable.
∎ Hands on experience in recruitment, performance management and compliance with labor laws will be very much relevant to the role.
∎ Effective communication skill, leadership skill, vigilant, proactive and remaining focused is essential for success in this role.
Salary: Negotiable
