∎ Professional experience in Human Resource Management.
∎ Fresher with strong relevant academic background is also encouraged to apply.
∎ 06/12 months of experience in international and development organizations will be given preference.
∎ Having knowledge in MS Word, MS excel/PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communications skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level along with development partners.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities of HR Intern to ensure effective implementation of the NGO Forum- UNHCR Projects & maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation.
∎ Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in coordinating recruitment process.
∎ Assist in filling up all required documents.
∎ Assist in organizing the HR Induction program for staff of the organization.
∎ Help in different coordination and preparing participants attendance sheet.
∎ Assist in communicating with participants to confirm their participation.
∎ Documentation.
∎ Assist in preparing ID Card (RRRC and Volunteer).
∎ Assist in Employee Contact list updating
∎ Assist in Leave Management -if required.
∎ Assist in completion of Exit Process form fill-up.
∎ Assist in in-house training arrangement and participants attendance coordination.
∎ Assist in in-house training arrangement and participants attendance coordination.
∎ Assist in introducing chronological filing systems (hardcopy & electronic version).
∎ Scanning key HR documents for maintaining electronic version as the backup for mitigating potential risks as well as for future system automation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
