6 years of professional experience in the Public Administration, Human Resources or Business Administration.

5 years in Payroll/Compensation Management/HR Service and HR Compliance

2 years of experience in DC projects is an advantage

Proven experience of working with development sector as HR partner is preferable.

Business fluency in English and Bangla

• Support Recruitment and Compliance specialist in performing company related task.
• Provide salary and benefits to the recruited personnel of the company.
• Process health insurance and claims for the recruited employees of the company.
• Maintain log of leaves for the recruited personnel.
• Provide capacity development measures for enhancing current work capacity and increase employability.
