Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting and Preparation Office note, memo, office order, and circular in respect of HR &a Administration issue.
∎ Leave and Attendance Management to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Arranging cross functional team meetings, coordination, taking minutes, publishing and documenting accordingly.
∎ Ensuring employee logistics support while on boarding new employee in the team.
∎ Maintaining communication with all concern employees and stakeholders to support in day-to-day HR functions and within total HR life-cycle.
∎ Facilitating and supporting Human Resources Manager in day-to-day HR activities to ensure efficient HR service.
∎ Prepare regular reports on staffing and other HR indicators as per requirement by HR Manager and Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ 3 to 5 years experience in local or MNC.
∎ Analytical ability,
∎ Communication skill,
∎ Efficiency in MS Office specially in MS Excel.
∎ Sincerity and Honesty is must.
Salary: Negotiable
