Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment Support – Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Employee Records Management – Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Onboarding Coordination – Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
∎ Attendance and Leave Management – Monitor and manage attendance, leave applications, and employee time-off requests.
∎ HR Policies and Documentation – Help in drafting and managing HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.
∎ Payroll Assistance – Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including attendance and overtime records.
∎ Employee Engagement – Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
∎ Employee Support – Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other concerns.
∎ HR Metrics and Compliance – Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
∎ Collaboration with External Organizations – Perform HR-related fieldwork and liaise with other organizations as required by management.
∎ Additional Responsibilities – Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or management.
