∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Drafting various types of letters, MS Office Applications, Office Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance in recruitment, selection and employee relation issues.
∎ Complete joining formalities, induction and deployment of newly joined employees.
∎ Maintenance & updating of HR database regularly both in ERP, HRPMS & personnel file.
∎ Monitoring employee activities, keeping track of attendance and leave records to prepare various reports.
∎ Preparing the periodic report of various admin and HR related issues for management.
∎ Ensure in time preparation of different HR reports.
∎ Process cash salary, loan application and salary advance of the employees.
∎ Continuous follow up HR activities with all the entities and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
∎ Ability to work independently in a pressured environment
∎ Hard Working, dynamic & ability to learn quickly
∎ Good command in Bengali / English, both written and verbal
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
