∎ Skills Required: Email Communications, MS Office, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cisco Solution, Cisco Switch and Router
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot complex enterprise networks to quickly resolve downtime and outages
∎ Act as a focal point for high-impact, large-account problem resolution
∎ Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of factors
∎ Develop expertise in specific areas (i.e. technology, product). Transfer these skills to the support team; in order to achieve maximum output for the team.
∎ Manage issues/customers by setting expectations and meeting/exceeding those expectations to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
∎ Effectively communicate issues to engineers within the support team, and resolutions/workaround to the customer
∎ Receive minimal supervision, no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments
∎ Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to resolve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity environments.
∎ Analyze, configure and troubleshoot Core, Distribution, Access layer switches and networks
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong practical knowledge of troubleshooting Routing, Switching, and Firewall
∎ Strong practical knowledge of protocols including Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP, IPSEC, and WLAN
∎ Strong practical knowledge of Cisco platforms including Nexus, Catalyst, ASR, and ISR series routers
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 75000 (Monthly)
