Are you passionate about managing people, fostering growth, and creating an organized, dynamic workplace? European IT Solutions Institute is seeking an experienced and professional Human Resources Executive to join our team and help us maintain excellence in all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.

  • Oversee payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.

  • Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure full compliance with labor laws.

  • Organize training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Assess employee performance and monitor regular task progress.

  • Plan and execute strategies for future workforce and organizational development.

  • Collaborate with department heads to improve efficiency, engagement, and team growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
