Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR operation, Site Administration, Site Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with Government/Nigam bodies such as Office of Collector, Municipal Corporation, Nagar Palika, , Gram Panchayat, Police Department, Electricity Board, Taluka Office, Registrar Office, Zila Panchayat ETC
∎ Interfacing with all Government officals for smooth functioning
∎ Local market works to support site execution works.
∎ Labour records as per government rules:
∎ Attendance record as per statutory requirements.
∎ Maintaining of labour license.
∎ Maintaining of all applicable labour record like, wages, duty timing, incident report etc.
∎ Meeting with officers for the license purpose.
∎ Site office Keeping:
∎ Staff (Land):
∎ Maintaining register at site for daily attendance with ‘In & Out’ timings.
∎ Send daily attendance report to HO on time in prescribed format.
∎ Marking of late comers or night duty details.
∎ Offshore Record:
∎ Collect daily attendance from barge master & confirm with offshore in-charge.
∎ Send daily attendance report to HO on time
∎ Marking of late comers or night duty details.
∎ Contractor OR daily locally hired labour record (working on land or on barges):
∎ Take physical attendance from site and confirm with contractor & supervisor at site.
∎ Send daily attendance report to HO on time.
∎ Marking of late comers or night duty details.
∎ Staffs leave application and MDSS co-ordination.
∎ Leave application to be received from staff and forward to HO.
∎ MDDS record to be received and forward to HO at the month end.
∎ Staff mess handling:
∎ Staff Guest House Maintaining:
∎ Vehicle Management for staff:
∎ Keeping record of mobile allowances:
∎ Keeping record for mobile allowances for staff (applicable only).
∎ Take request for allowances.
∎ Arrangement for HO visitors;
∎ Accommodation in Hotel or in guest house as per instructions.
∎ Arrangement of pick-up / drop at airport / railway station/ bus stop.
∎ Food arrangement as per requirement.
∎ Arranging Medical Assistance at site in coordination with site HSE personnel, as & when required.
∎ Record keeping at site.
∎ Attendance register for all above said categories.
∎ Leave application records.
∎ MSDS records.
∎ Vehicle & log book records.
∎ Staff accommodation records.
∎ Guest house material record like company materials i.e. LPG, utensils, bed, fan, tv, fridge, chair, table, utensils, etc & house owner materials.
∎ Issue of materials in guest house to staff.
∎ Record of Inventory at site office including stationary consumption as well as of guest houses. Quarterly reconciliation of inventory and send to HO for record.
∎ Labour records as per labour license requirements.
∎ Mobile allowance record.
∎ Admin/Security:
∎ Responsible for security of all the site material and equipments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
