∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer in the RMG/Textile industry.
∎ Strong understanding of labor law, HR compliance, and audit preparation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Practical experience with social compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
∎ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.
∎ Manage HR documentation, audits, and social compliance readiness with experience in handling Nirapon, Better Work, Wrap, and Sedex.
∎ Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with the company’s values and production goals.
∎ Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
∎ Design and implement training and development programs to upskill staff and improve retention.
∎ Foster a positive, safe, and efficient working environment across all departments.
∎ Support production teams and management in achieving manpower efficiency and labor stability.
∎ Kattali Textile Limited (KTL)—a reputed and growing RMG manufacturer—is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and elevate our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and a hands-on approach to workforce development in the RMG industry.
