∎ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.
∎ Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.
∎ Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.
∎ Solid team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design efficient sewing layouts and execute line balancing for low-SMV garment production.
∎ Eliminate production inefficiencies and enhance line productivity.
∎ Lead quick changeover (QCO) planning for short-run production orders.
∎ Monitor and analyze low-efficiency lines and workers, implementing corrective actions and coaching where needed.
∎ Track and evaluate operator performance through system data, creating individualized improvement plans.
∎ Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve worker skills and achieve target KPIs.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
∎ Ensure smooth and controlled production flow, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
∎ Kattali Textile Limited (KTL) is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a key role for managing 4–5 sewing production lines focused on low-SMV garments (5–20 mins) such as ladies tops, kidswear, and denim bottoms, with a strong emphasis on quick changeover (QCO) for small-quantity orders.
