Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare factory to conduct any types of audit;
∎ Factory visit to ensure compliance issues;
∎ Ensuring all kind of Health and safety;
∎ Ensuring fire safety related work;
∎ Conducting fire drill and follow up accordingly
∎ Follow up electrical safety related work;
∎ Root cause analyzing and conduct risk assessment regulars interval;
∎ Implementation of factories and buyer's COC;
∎ Help to buildup good interpersonal relation with worker and management;
∎ Monitor and inspire to take corrective measure to reduce factory wastage;
∎ Regularly follow up of compensation and benefit related works;
∎ Take awareness class for workers about fire safety, health and safety, product safety, environmental safety etc;
∎ Provide training on Ethical, Technical, Security and other issues;
∎ Motivate employee and workers about company's rules, regulation and polices;
∎ Ensuring PPE of all hazardous area and aware employee about its proper uses;
∎ Follow up and ensuring all types of necessary documents which are related with Audit;
∎ Any other additional task assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labour laws & rules;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
