∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business partnering with non-clinical divisions to integrate HR strategies with organizational/divisional strategy
∎ Provide HR consulting services to non-clinical division relating to HR programs and policies
∎ Execute full cycle recruitment points and talent sourcing strategies that guarantee the attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of talents
∎ Evaluate individual development needs of the concerned divisions and execute development initiatives in coordination with L&D
∎ Design and organize Employee Engagement Programs
∎ Provide day-to-day, mid-year, and annual performance management guidance to line management and support the implementation of the performance management processes
∎ Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective and thorough investigations in coordination with Employee Relations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good understanding of HR Business Partnering
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Highly motivated, employee centric and passionate
∎ Experience of working in Corporate Hospital will be an added advantage
∎ Advanced skills in MS-PowerPoint
∎ Strong communication skills to partner with HODs and expatriates
