Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ We can expect a candidate having minimum BBA degree (preferably major in HRM/ Management) from a reputed university to manage a diverse team.
∎ Skills Required: General HR, HR and Admin, HR Business partner for Sales, HR Operations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HR Business partner for Sales, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Super store, Retail Store, Chain shop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as an HR business partner of a fast-growing scale-up organization with a mindset to build the organizational culture and the team withholding the people-oriented process and policies of the wings.
∎ Upholding company values and culture and playing a leading role in transmitting those to all staff and building organizational culture.
∎ Supporting departments and team leaders in ensuring different people-related processes. Develop and deliver new processes and systems when required.
∎ Providing instant and immediate feedback on all HR process, procedures and initiatives
∎ Leading the change management projects for all internal staffs
∎ Develop/ modify/update policy based on organizational need and ensuring HR processes in full compliance with the legal and regulatory (internal/ external) framework.
∎ Assisting operation in developing goals and KPI’s and Supporting staff’s in achieving those.
∎ Acting as the independent advisor for employees in tough situations.
∎ Setting challenging HR goals with close cooperation with HR and internal staffs
∎ Selling HR projects and initiatives to internal staffs and getting their buy-in
∎ Ensure on the job training/ professional training and development of staff through yearly planning and executing those.
∎ Designing robust succession pipelines and supporting talent management, performance management for the entire organization
∎ Designing cross-functional development programs in co-operation with training specialists
∎ Lead in all recruitment, selection and transfer processes.
∎ Ensure administratively functions related to salary, leave etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Although our HR organogram suggests a person with having minimum 3 years of people management related experience with a business organization as a right fit; we believe maturity doesn't always come with the age or tenure of service.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Our yearly budget has probation of 30K - 50K BDT monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discuss with a highly interested qualified guy. (If you think you can create a better impact than this, don’t bother about the salary range, let’s talk. We want leaders in Apon who can gain seats in the leadership team). 2 festival bonus, communication allowance, health insurance and other admissible benefits are there as well with having the delicious in house lunch facilities.
