Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Having a professional degree partly completed will get preference.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with any ERP or Accounting software usage
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
∎ Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and reliability
∎ Training/Trade Course: QB,VAT,TAX
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Google Sheets, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all income and expenditures are recorded properly in ERP software.
∎ Ensure all transactions are backed with the proper documentation.
∎ Ensure HQs and Filed expenses are settled properly maintaining adequate documentation as per the company policy.
∎ Ensure both bank and inventory reconciliations are made properly maintaining the company process.
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain vendors regarding the bills and payments.
∎ Ensure and coordinate banking activities as and when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Our budget has probation of Tk. 15,000/- to Tk. 22,000/- monthly salary for the said role and after the successful completion of probation and based on performance job will be on regular truck and salary will be negotiated based on performance and skill gained during probation. Festival bonuses, health insurance, and other admissible benefits will be there after getting the regular position as per the company policy. Delicious in-house lunch facilities are also there.
