Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Having a professional degree partly completed will get preference.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data analysis tools (Excel/google spreadsheet add advantage)
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC) or ACCA (part completed)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store

Job Context:
∎ The Assistant Manager- Finance and Accounts is responsible for vendor and inventory accounts management with the other documenting and overseeing accounts department works as a team member of the Finance and Accounts department. S/he will be experiencing retail knowledge with Government VAT and TAX, daily accounts maintenance, and financial management activities. Assistant Manager- Finance and Accounts will be directly reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain vendors regarding the bills and payment.
∎ Ensure all income and expenditures are recorded properly in accounting software and POS software.
∎ Ensure all transactions are backed with the proper documentation.
∎ Ensure HQs and Filed expenses are settled properly maintaining adequate documentation as per the company policy.
∎ Ensure both bank and inventory reconciliations are made properly maintaining the Coordinate with the supply chain vendors regarding the bills and payment.
∎ Ensure and coordinate daily cash plan
∎ Ensure all income and expenditures are recorded properly in accounting software/ERP and POS software.
∎ Ensure all transactions are recorded and/or backed with the proper documentation.
∎ Ensure HQs and Filed expenses are settled properly maintaining adequate documentation as per the company policy.
∎ Ensure both daily/weekly bank and inventory reconciliations are made properly maintaining the company process.
∎ Support the external and internal audit team to conduct the inventory audit based on the schedule and maintain the audit process of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Our budget has probation of Tk. 35,000/- to Tk. 45,000/- monthly salary for the said role and after the successful completion of probation and based on performance job will be on regular truck and salary will be negotiated based on performance and skill gained during probation. Festival bonuses, health insurance, and other admissible benefits will be there after getting the regular position as per the company policy. Delicious in-house lunch facilities are also there.
