Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Masters in Finance/ Accounts and must be FCA/ CA/ ACCA/ FCMA certified professional. Persons with experience in the relevant field can directly jump into the organisation.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA CA ACCA FCMA
∎ Skills Required: Accounts

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CA CC, ICMA, ICMAB
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Chain shop, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for the organisation's overall financial management and key decision-making on financial actions.
∎ Responsible for transforming Finance as a business partner through analyzing & evaluating business & other revenue-earning sources.
∎ Lead the process to develop the financial budget of the company with all HODs and ensure corrective measures on financial management based on internal & external inputs.
∎ Key Process Lead for the ERP process development, improvement and monitoring.
∎ Maintain banking relationships and recommend investing funds properly to increase company profitability.
∎ Liaison with the external audit firm, review audit and ensure appropriate support & cooperation to the auditor.
∎ Coordinate with HODs concerning internal control procedures.
∎ Key responsible person for the management and control of the cash flow of the company.
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's financial and operational risk profile. Report risk issues to the MD and the Board of Directors.
∎ Manage all legal and corporate affairs issues and maintain liaison with the corporate legal advisor.
∎ Monitor the performance of sustainability initiatives and the company's social performance.
∎ Address any conflict situation in the Finance section and assist to resolve it.
∎ Perform any other duties in line with own skills and as required by the company.

∎ Has working experience with any International organization will be better but not mandatory.
∎ Has instant decision-making ability regarding financial issue and financial management. As you know, in the retail business every single second is valuable and then again it's a fast-growing scale-up so having quick decision-making ability is badly needed. No worries, our south-facing balcony with the gentle breeze coming from the Golf Club lake will host you to breathe deeply.
∎ Is willing to build the team. We believe you will never be successful if you can't nurture and build a good team and enhance interpersonal communication skills so you will have the opportunity to make your own horizon here.
∎ Has good command of English. Without a good command of writing and communicating in English will fall the incumbent in serious problems to deal with our foreign advisors, donors and partners. So, we had to make English mandatory with the expectation of sound in our mother tongue.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Our yearly budget has a probation of 100k - 120k BDT monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discussing with a highly interested qualified guy. He will also be eligible for the employee share options.(If you think you can create a better impact than this, don’t bother about the salary range, let’s talk. We want leaders in Apon who can gain seats in the leadership team). 2 festival bonuses, communication allowance, health insurance and other admissible benefits are there as well as having the delicious in house lunch facilities.
