Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Graduates from the Business Administrations or Economics would get priority.
∎ Skills Required: Supply Chain

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Supply Chain Management, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the analysis and validation of the monthly demand maintaining the decentralized location-based forecasting for more than 2500+ items.
∎ Ensure the purchase orders are made properly considering the best price of the market and maintaining the proper process.
∎ Ensure the zero-gap of the products at all stores through the right understanding of the stock, optimum ordering, timely delivery management of products.
∎ Develop an in-depth understanding of the inventory utilization ratio of each shop and ensure optimum use of inventory vs cash.
∎ Ensure the best price and best quality and timely sourcing for the open market purchase.
∎ Ensure 100% damage and exchange recovery from the suppliers maintaining the company process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data analysis tools (Excel/google spreadsheet would add advantage
∎ Experience in the Supply chain, warehouse, and supplier management is retail, superstore, or FMCG companies.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
∎ Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and reliability

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Our budget has a probation of Tk. 18,000/- to Tk. 25,000/- monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discuss with a qualified candidate. After the successful completion of probation and based on performance, the job will be on regular track and salary will be revised based on the performance and skill gained during probation. Festival bonuses, health insurance, and other admissible benefits will be there after getting the regular position as per the company policy. Delicious in-house lunch facilities are also there.
