∎ PGDHRM will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with HR & BD (Human Resource & Business Development) team and give input to HR & BD for the development of effective recruitment.
∎ Responsible for Administration, Human Resources and Compliance issues
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
∎ Communicate with the concerns Locations/Showrooms/Warehouse in respect of Administration, HR, Compliance, Procurement & Security issues.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment at office
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Report to HR Head & Department Head and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
∎ Identify training needs, prepare training modules and implement training programs in consultation with line management.
∎ Assist in building a training culture within the organization and facilitating necessary training to the employees.
∎ Assist to actualize a diverse workforce through retention strategies and promotion strategies that enhance the diversity of organization's workforce.
∎ Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
∎ Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.
∎ Assist in planning probable employee development plan, training matrix, evaluation system and training materials, etc.
∎ Assist to implement & follow-up KPI based performance management system for all office staffs.
∎ Assist to establish employee engagement and employer branding activities across the organization throughout the year.
∎ Assist to develop different policies, procedures to expedite project works under changing circumstances.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to process development and manufacturing
∎ Generate innovative ideas by focusing on modern HR practice.
∎ Collect data from various sources for preparing reports.
∎ Analyze data to provide reports based on management requirements.
∎ Engage with an experienced team for both personal and professional development.
∎ Ability to structure and communicate thoughts in an effective way.
∎ Communicate with inter-departments to complete the given task.
∎ Assist to organize different activities and participate in corporate events.
∎ Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
∎ Attend and take minutes from important meetings.
∎ To perform any other activities assigned by the management.

∎ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel knowledge, PowerPoint and online research.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Bangladesh Labor Law, Microsoft Excel, payroll management, Outlook Management. Work Permit Processing
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.

∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
