Job Context:
∎ We are one of the local leading Trading company operate direct business of Tiles and Sanitary ware products of Bangladeshi leading local brands. We are going to hire a new dynamic Showroom In-charge, who can provide business excellence and sales operation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing tiles and sanitary ware (Building Materials) business and achieving the company's sales goals through maintaining acceptable profit margins.
∎ Having leadership quality to monitoring strictly. Manage a sales team to achieve monthly sales target of tiles and sanitary ware.
∎ Capabilities of co-ordination with all sales person and Marketing Team at the showroom for conduct regular sales.
∎ Responsible for achieving individuals and sales team monthly sales target.
∎ To manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team's activities.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.
∎ Effectively review the progress on a Monthly basis about the Sales and Distribution plan and thereby making necessary corrections to the execution.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
∎ Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements, Products Delivery etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.

∎ At least 5 years Job Experience as Showroom Manager / Marketing Manager. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Tiles, Sanitary ware, Cement Industries, Automatic Bricks, and Buildings Materials products.

∎ Developer, Real Estate, different Govt. Contactors for generate sales
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
