Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Own and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies to drive tiles and sanitary ware sales while maintaining optimal profit margins.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and monitor the showroom sales team strictly and professionally to ensure high performance and morale.
Target Achievement: Drive both individual and team performance to consistently achieve and exceed monthly retail sales targets.
Showroom Operations: Coordinate seamlessly with sales representatives and the marketing team to ensure smooth, high-quality day-to-day retail operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and corporate departments to ensure product availability, meet customer demands, and minimize delivery lead times.
Market & Business Development: Design and execute market development programs to boost brand presence, foster long-term customer relationships, and expand the client base.
Performance Review: Review monthly sales and distribution progress against set targets, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
