Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing tiles and sanitary ware (Building Materials) business and achieving the company's sales goals through maintaining acceptable profit margins.
∎ Having leadership quality to monitoring strictly. Manage a sales team to achieve monthly sales target of tiles and sanitary ware.
∎ Capabilities of co-ordination with all sales person and Marketing Team at the showroom for conduct regular Retail sales.
∎ Responsible for achieving individuals and sales team monthly retail sales target.
∎ To manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team's activities.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.
∎ Effectively review the progress on a Monthly basis about the Sales and Distribution plan and thereby making necessary corrections to the execution.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
∎ Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements, Products Delivery etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
