Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, advanced excel skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and document all types of books of original entry
∎ Post and process accounting entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
∎ Assist to prepare financial statements, monthly MIS, and necessary reports as and when required by the management
∎ Prepare expenses payment approved by management and verify to supporting documents
∎ Update accounts payable and accounts receivable and perform reconciliation
∎ Assist to prepare monthly or periodically budget and budget variance analysis
∎ Reconcile all ledger accounts
∎ Prepare month and year end report of outstanding receivables
∎ Conduct day to day banking transaction and prepare bank reconciliation statement
∎ Co-ordinate with other department to maintain and prepare assets register, stock register and reconcile with ledger
∎ Count and maintain physical inventory and assets and prepare reports
∎ Conduct special audit/investigation as and when required
∎ Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.
∎ Candidate should be hard working, self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Contribute to team effort and perform any other task assigned by the management
