Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Candidate should have minimum 2–3 years of experience in the HR administration/organizational people and culture.

Functional HR training will be given preference.

Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

Proficient in English and Bangla in both writing and speaking.

LAMB is a well-run major mission Hospital, Community Health Development, Training and Research organization. Services cover more than 6.3 million people in North West Bangladesh.

Job Summary: The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities include managing leave balance spreadsheets, assisting with recruitment and interviews, administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and practices.

DETAILED TASKS

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave

  • Assist supervisor to give necessary information for Meeting.

  • Assisting the recruitment process.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

  • Prepare memo, letter and certificate

  • Provide necessary HR reports to supervisor on time.

  • Take part in investigation and prepare the investigation report

  • Assist final payment procedure for the left staff.

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.

  • Assist with performance management procedures.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Department Head and Directors.



Job Other Benifits:

    Salary: Tk. 14,800 per month gross or equivalent to approximately Tk. 2,16,717 per annum, inclusive of all benefits. The remuneration package includes a provident fund, festival allowance once per year, medical benefit, critical illness & death benefit and recreation.
