Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy which includes recruitment and selection, training and development, effective employee relations, compensation, and benefits, attendance management, salary disbursement, etc.
∎ Follow up a sound performance management system for all employees.
∎ Managing and developing HR-related documents, like appointment letters termination letters, NDA, salary sheets, etc
∎ Preparation/issue of office notes, memos, office orders, and circulars in respect of HR issues.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, and guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company
∎ Follow up disciplinary action and conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Create, update, and implement company policies, HR forms, documents, and resources when required
∎ And all other HR Related activities, any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Compensation benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HR operations, In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
∎ People-oriented and results-driven
∎ Maximum 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of Labour law & Labour rules
∎ Good command of both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ The photograph must be enclosed with the resume.
∎ Must be fluent in English.

Salary: Negotiable
