Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any subject. Hospitality management is preferable. For the exceptionally deserving candidate, educational qualifications may be relaxed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she is required to oversee all aspects of the café's operations. Should have to monitor the café in all aspects to make sure the ambiance and service standards always remain above the benchmark of the company. This includes following up on inventory, coordinating with vendors, monitoring budgets, and working to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Ensuring that the Café is well maintained, clean, and well organized at all times.
∎ Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the store does not run out of supplies (e.g. coffee beans, cups, mugs, etc.)
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Overseeing the maintenance of facilities, equipment, vehicles, and machinery used in operations
∎ Developing business prospects, securing day-to-day operations, and building sustainable business relationships with guests and team members.
∎ Working together with the team to improve sales and guest satisfaction.
∎ Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
∎ Improve operational efficiencies by maximizing departmental collaboration through encouraging a "one team" environment with all working units within the facility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 years in a relevant field.
∎ Skills required: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and good command of Bangla and English language.
Salary: Negotiable
