∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin and HR Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for managing all aspects of admin & human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
∎ Manage all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Lead and manage HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all HR activities are completed effectively and efficiently

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a track record of success in managing all aspects of HR.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and direct employees, manage projects and processes, and make strategic decisions.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.

∎ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
