Experience:

Employee Management:
Monitor employee performance, discipline, and adherence to office rules while ensuring professionalism and workplace decorum.
Maintain and monitor employee attendance records and information while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulation.
Observe and document employee behavior and conduct regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations, and promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, and productivity.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Accounts & Administrative Tasks:
Manage office accounts, oversee financial transactions, handle payroll processing and employee benefits, and ensure accurate record-keeping of expenses, invoices, and office budgets.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth office operations and other administrative activities.
Represent GizanTech in official events, programs and meetings.

প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল প্রশাসনিক কার্যক্রম সার্বক্ষণিক পরিচালনা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের যাবতীয় অ্যাকাউন্টস রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং অ্যাকাউন্টস সংক্রান্ত অন্যান্য কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল বিধি-নিষেধ, নীতিমালা এবং শৃঙ্খলা পালনের ব্যপারে সকল এমপ্লয়িদের পর্যবেক্ষণ।
