Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new employees to ensure adequate staffing levels.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, promote career growth, and maintain safety standards in the construction environment.

  • Aid in implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to management, and supporting employees in setting and achieving performance goals.

  • Oversee administrative tasks, including employee database management, office supply and inventory management, maintaining employee records, and ensuring efficient office operations to support HR functions effectively
