Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site and ensure work progress as per project schedule and drawings.
Monitor and coordinate with contractors and client to maintain work quality and safety standards.
Interpret structural and architectural drawings, and ensure construction is executed accordingly.
Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, RFI Checklist etc.
Preparation of work schedules for successful completion of the project.
Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures at the site.
Support Project Team in monitoring timelines, cost control, and resolving on-site technical issues.
Ensure site safety, hygiene, and compliance with all statutory regulations.
